My week so far: Sundays run was fantastic, I have started adding miles to the 3.5 that I have been doing. I ran 5 miles in about 53 minutes, guess I should start keeping track of my time. I think that morning runs are best for me, when it hasn't gotten too hot. I loved the run, it felt fantastic, it was part on asphalt and part crushed gravel, with some hills. Monday is my rest day, so I just worked. I find it crazy that I choose my rest day to be the day I work a 16 hour shift transporting people in a hospital. Ummm, that isn't rest is it? Tuesday I was supposed to stretch and strengthen, however I choose to clean the house, I am counting that.
