This weeks training has been horrible.  Who ever says and autoimmune disease isn't real, should walk a week in my shoes.  AGH, I always forget how bad the pain can get when I don't drink my joint juice.  I have basically not done anything.  I forgot how tiring it can be to be in constant pain.  I need to fix that, the 1/2 isn't that far away, time is going to fly.  So I am going to start with some cross training on Saturday, and back to my long runs on Sunday.  Oh yeah, and going back to eating better.  I am hoping that it will turn things around and that I will feel better physically and mentally.  I also forget how much I need to run, and how much it clears my mind, and how much I feel happier when I run or work out.  Back to my therapy.
